Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

We make every effort to ship your order the very same day we receive it! Most orders will ship within 7 days via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Customers whose orders will take longer than 7 days will be advised of an estimated ship date for their order via e-mail and offered the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund. Shipping and Handling rates are as follows:

  • $6.50 per order. Ship-to locations: IA, MN, WI
  • $8.00 per order. Ship-to locations: AR, CO, DC, DE, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, MO, ND, NE, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, UT, VA, WV, WY
  • $11.00 per order. Ship-to locations: AK, AL, AS, AZ, CA, CT, FL, FM, GA, GU, HI, ID, LA, MA, ME, MH, MP, MS, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, PR, PW, RI, SC, TX, VT, VI, WA
  • $22.00 per order. Ship-to locations: Canada*
  • $32.00 per order. Ship-to locations: Australia* and the United Kingdom* (Great Britain and Northern Ireland).

There are no Shipping and Handling charges for orders consisting entirely of swatches, Gift Cards and/or eGift cards and such orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail, USPS First-Class Mail International or electronically when applicable. If however, you order a quilt kit and a swatch in the same order, you will be charged the applicable Shipping and Handling rate for the quilt kit depending on your ship-to location.

*All international orders ship CIP Point of Destination via USPS Priority Mail International, which means customers are responsible for any and all charges due on arrival at destination including duty, taxes (provincial, country and/or VAT taxes when applicable) and customs clearance charges. USPS Priority Mail International provides complementary Ordinary Indemnity Coverage to protect against loss, damage or missing contents. To read more about this coverage and its limits, click here. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your order, please indicate the desired level of coverage in the Order Comments box during checkout. Returns Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your order. To contact us about a return, please call toll-free 866-610-2577 to speak with our Customer Service department. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM, CST. You may also Contact Us by sending a message through this website. International customers can reach us for free using Skype (our Skype Name is stitch.simple).

Returns for non-defective merchandise will be permitted for store credit only (no cash refunds) for the amount of the product purchased (customers are responsible for shipping charges) and must be made within 30 days. Non-defective merchandise returns must be in original packaging and contain the original packing slip.

Customers who receive defective merchandise will be offered the choice of store credit or a full refund (including shipping charges). Please review our Terms and Conditions prior to completing your purchase. Returns for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days and contain the original packing slip.

All printed Gift Cards and eGift Card sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund.  In the event a printed Gift Card or eGift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy and Stitch Simple's sole responsibility is the replacement of the non-functional card for the balance remaining on the card.  Other restrictions apply; please review our Gift Card Terms of Purchase and Use prior to completing your purchase.
