Shipping Policy for Swatch Orders:
We make every effort to ship your order the very same day we receive it! Most swatch orders will ship within 7 days via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Customers whose orders will take longer than 7 days will be advised of an estimated ship date for their order via e-mail and offered the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund.
There are no shipping & handling charges for orders
consisting entirely of swatches. We currently ship
to the following locations: United States of America, Canada, United
Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland), Australia and New Zealand. We are happy to consider shipping outside of the locations listed here, please Contact Us for more information (additional charges may apply).

Returns Policy for Swatch Orders:
We want you to be satisfied with your swatch order. To contact us about a return, please call 763-432-9485 to speak with our Customer Service department. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM, CST. You may also Contact Us by sending a message through this website. International customers can reach us for free using Skype (our Skype Name is stitch.simple).
Unless defective, all sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund. Returns for defective swatch sets must be made within 30 days and contain the original packing slip.
Stitch Simple does
not guarantee that the colors you see on the monitor will match the
colors of the actual item. Stitch Simple makes every effort to
represent color accurately, however, every monitor is different and we want to
make you aware of this reality of working with fabric.
