Gift Card Terms of Purchase and Use

• Stitch Simple printed Gift Cards and eGift Cards ship for free, have zero fees and are issued only in US dollars.

• Stitch Simple printed Gift Cards and eGift Cards never expire and are not redeemable for cash or credit (except as required by law).

• All printed Gift Cards ship via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS First-Class Mail International when applicable.

• There are no Shipping and Handling charges for orders consisting entirely of printed Gift Cards.  If however, you order a quilt kit and a Gift Card in the same order, you will be charged the Shipping and Handling rate that would normally apply to the quilt kit.

• All eGift Cards are delivered to the purchaser's email address within 24 hours of order placement.  You may then forward the eGiftCard directly to the recipient.

• All printed Gift Card and eGift Card sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund.  In the event a printed Gift Card or eGift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy and Stitch Simple's sole responsibility is the replacement of the non-functional card for the balance remaining on the card.

• Cards may be redeemed for orders placed online or over the phone by calling 866-610-2577, xt. 1 (Hours: M-F 9AM-6PM, CST).

• Online orders are limited to the redemption of one (1) printed Gift Card or eGift Card per order.  We are happy to combine non-promotional printed Gift Cards and/or eGift Cards into a single eGift Card for your ease of use.  Simply Contact Us via email to initiate this process.

• Printed Gift Cards and eGift Cards issued as part of promotional fulfillment may contain different and/or additional restrictions.  Such promotional Gift Cards and eGift Cards may also contain an expiration date, except where prohibited or modified by applicable law.  Please refer to the specific promotion for details.

• Promotional Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be combined with any other printed Gift Card or eGift Card (neither promotional nor non-promotional.)

• So long as all requirements are met, you may redeem multiple promotional printed Gift Cards/eGift Cards and/or non-promotional printed Gift Cards/eGift Cards on a single order by placing it via telephone.  Simply call 866-610-2577, xt. 1 (Hours: M-F 9AM-6PM, CST).

• Any unused balance will be recorded on the account associated with the printed Gift Card or eGift Card.  You may Contact Us at any time to check a specific card balance.

• If your order exceeds the amount of your printed Gift Card or eGift Card (either promotional or non-promotional) you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

• Stitch Simple is not responsible for lost or stolen printed Gift Cards or eGift Cards.
